Culinary Academy is our chef

Chefs and sommeliers from Culinary Academy govern the Bjørnsgard kitchen and select the right wine for the food. Among these are many well-known Norwegian cooks with a high profile. The menu at Bjørnsgard changes with the seasons, always made from the best ingredients of the season. You can choose a three, four, or five course dinner. For guests who want something different we always find a solution, some might want cured meats, sea food, or perhaps a barbecue where our chefs offer an impromptu barbecue course? We can also add brandy, aquavit, or wine tasting to your event.
