In Kleivstua’s kitchen local ingredients are transformed into a mix of good, Norwegian food tradition and international cuisine. We use local ingredients from the Ringerike region, like Ringerike potatoes and Ringerike peas; and game, mushrooms, and berries from Krokskogen forest.
