Culinary Academy is located in modern rooms that have retained their rustic charm with high ceilings and brick walls. In this environment some of Norway’s foremost experts within food and drink offer a unique product for all those who appreciate the culinary joys. Culinary Academy was previously a part of Gastronomical Institute, who had their main office in Stavanger. In 2008 Gastronomical Institute went bankrupt, and the Oslo department chose to continue under their own name: Culinary Academy.
