New kitchen 2010
The kitchen is brand new, and so are the people behind the pans. The chef de cuisine, Anders Jørgensen, has long experience from some of the foremost restaurants in Oslo, and was for instance chef de cuisine at Restaurant Victor for many years. The restaurant manager, Mads Kleppe, makes sure the service and atmosphere are great. Mads is also one of Norway’s foremost wine experts, and he was sommelier at Bagatelle before coming to Kunstnernes Hus Bar & Restaurant. Mads is to represent Norway in Nordic Championship for wine waiters.
