Gourmet in a special atmosphere
In the cosy dining room, “Stuggu”, there is no electric light, but a lot of atmosphere. Between the old timber walls, in the glow from kerosene lamps and burning candles, are served the most delicious meals based on local ingredients like reindeer, king crab, cod, and halibut, but you will also find scallops, fallow deer, and turbot. The menu is changed with the seasons. A Norwegian kitchen, but inspired by both the Danish and the French.
