Carefully composed tastes

The food at Trugstad is something worth talking about. Here you will have a great experience of carefully composed tastes accompanied by good wines. We use the very best quality ingredients, and local ingredients whenever possible. In the spring we will for instance grow our own Jerusalem artichokes! On February 1st a new chef arrived at Trugstad. Kim Gubi Lundvaldt comes from Steensgaard Manor House in Funen in Denmark. In 2008 it was voted Denmark’s best hotel and restaurant with Kim as its chef de cuisine.
